For the quality maintenece and improvement MARC Industries is well equipped with following facilities.

Laboratory:
A well equiped chemical analysis laboratory for analyzing the chemical composition of prime raw material SAE-52100 steel. Main function of laboratory is to verify the chemical composition of SAE-52100 as per IS/ISO norms.

Metallurgical Microscope:
Metallurgical Microscope is used for checking the microstructure of bearing components like Balls, Rollers and Races to maintain the standard metallurgical specifications for durability of MARC bearings.By this equipment, we are maintaining consistent quality of microstructure as per standard norms in prime raw material as well as in heat treated rings, roller & balls. It leads to improve the bearing performance.

Talyrond:
Talyrond is the best quality measuring instrument. It is used for checking the roundness, squarness, concentricity and coaxiality of bearing and components, which ensure the running accuracy and long life of MARC bearings.

Surtronic 3+:
Surface finish measuring instrument is used to evaluate all parameters of surface texture. Excellent surface finish of Races, Rollers and Balls ensure to smooth silent frictionless motion to MARC BEARINGS.

Quality Control process starts right from the procurement of material to the packing. Moreover the inspection of the bearings is done through Spectrocast Desk Top Optical Emission Spectrometer (Germany) for further Quality Control to get Perfect efficiency and effectiveness.

Apart from this the techniques for inspection at various stages of production like selecting raw-materials, semi finish and final assembling by well experienced technical staffs also contributes equally for the quality maintence for MARC bearings.
