The manufacturing process comprieses of right form the porcurement of the best quality raw material to the packing of finished product.
Material:
The Raw material used for the manufacturing is SAE 52100 as per the IS standards, for races and rolling elements quality steel for cages.

Chemistry:
Materials checked by Metallurgists for chemical analysis and micro structure before commencing the production.

Anneling:
Raw material is produced in spheroidised anneling condition.

Heat Treatment:
All races, rollers, and wear rings are heat treated prior to grinding to provide the proper wear and fatigue resistance.
Races are harderned and tempered to 60 + 2 HRC Rolling elements are harnderned and tempered after heat treatment.

Dimensions:
MARC Industries has adopted international standard for dimensions & tolerances.

Crack Testing:
Races and rolling elements and 100% for raw material, heat treatment and grinding cracks by magnaflux method.

Super Grinding:
Races are grinding on magnet shoe and frequency meter, to get super finishing and very low R. A. (roughness average) value.

Cleaning:
Races and rolling elements are cleaned ultrasonically before assembly.

Assembly:
Semi-automatic assembly line is used to assemble and package the bearing according to customer orders.

Packing:
Packing process is being carried out in hygenic conditions, also to protect bearings from further any dust and atmospheric effects the preservatives like grease or oil is applied to each bearing before packing.
The success behind the manufacturing of international quality bearings at MARC Industries is the right combination of employing the latest manufacturing technologies, statistical quality assurance methods, keeping in mind the customers requirements and expereinced and trained manpower makes it possible.
